Very unprofessional!! I called for a simple estimate and was treated as if I didn't have any money to pay. I don't know how the person on the other end got that from my general questions but I felt mistreated. This is not the first place that I called in reference to this service however this will be my LAST TIME calling them for ANYTHING. When a customer ask for a price saying "very expensive" is NOT the answer we as customers are looking for. FIND SOME PROFESSIONALISM!!
Let's face it .... cars are becoming more and more complicated and less and less understood. So, I needed a place that I knew was honest, could handle my car repairs, do it professionally, take the time to explain everything, provide a warranty (both parts and labor!) and at a fair price. OK, I know that is quite the laundry list, however, ureka I found it here. From my first visit almost a year ago until today I have not been disappointed and now even feel like one of the family. Their casual and friendly approach has always made me feel most welcome and appreciated as a customer. Sooooooo glad I found them. And, my car is happy too!
