Incorrectly diagnosed my oil leak. Replaced a valve cover gasket at $350 cost when actually the valve cover itself was warped and needed replacing. Changing the gasket did nothing to stop the oil leak. Having dropped $350 on a job that didnt need doing and with the oil leak stilI present I was then told they would charge me another $60 just to look at it again on the lift. Tried explaining the situation to the obnoxious overweight woman behind the counter who started immediately with attitude from the second I suggested the work previously done didn't fix the original leak. Nobody is going to pay $60 for you to tell me if your going to stand by your original work or not. Get real. Went elsewhere and had the problem easily identified and fixed without issue or attitude.
Super grateful for this place today. It's so easy to take advantage of someone in a bind and instead they went above and beyond to help. They worked quickly, kept to their word and even helped salvage the rim I was replacing to keep as a spare.
I have been coming to Tire Mania for over five years. They were never great, but they were close to where I worked and so it was convenient. After today I will never be back.
Laura was truly the saving grace of this shop! Am so very much grateful for her and all her help trying to fix the horrible way this shop handled my vehicle. I brought my car in several times and it was never fixed correctly. The mechanics were clueless and the owner was a garden variety slug trying to suck everything out of the customers and inflate prices.

When I came to pick up my car, it still wasn't done, and they hadn't checked on the tires like I asked. The owner basically told me that he doesn't care about customers because the business is being sued and everyone just quit. Clearly doesn't care about earning a repeat customer's business, and will likely run the place into the ground in short order. I feel sorry for the people that work there. I would make mistakes too if my boss was unstable.
Dropped off my car and was told it would be ready in an hour. Called an hour and a half later and was told they couldn't find my car so they started late. Ended up taking three hours. Asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and was told that I hadn't been inconvenienced and there hadn't been a mistake. I tried to explain they made multiple mistakes, first by not listening to me when I told them where the car was, then by not calling me to tell me they couldn't find it, then by not calling me to tell me it was going to take longer than I was told.
Stay away. Just let this place go under. Hopefully it will be replaced by something better.
