Called to ask about their "FREE tow, FREE diagnose" , the guy said his boss has change the rule , FREE as long as you accept the recommended service (which is understandable) , otherwise $60 for tow fee. While their web said if no service performed , $40 to tow car back to place within certain mile radius . He claimed his boss often changes rule and does not update on the web. That statement has been on their website for more than 1 month , so they haven't care to update their info for that long period of time ? This is how you do business ?? DISHONEST!
