Called them today to ask if they could cut through a steel exhaust pipe. They said yes I was there in 15 minutes and it only took 5 minutes. Very friendly. Great service. Great job.
Last September I moved down to the Tampa area for school and have had multiple issues with my vehicle. From battery issues to replacements, Mad Hatter auto service has been fantastic. Definitely the best shop in the area, fantastic work, get things done in a timely manor and very realistic with their jobs. Beyond happy to have come across them, all work done on my cars in the future will be with them.

I was about to take a road trip and needed to fix the shaking of my steering wheel. This place looks legit with all the positive reviews and the owner being extremely nice. He gave me price quoteS for everything that needed repairs; he given gave me a little discount which I thought was very kind. When I drove it home, my steering wheel was rattle even more. I called the owner and told him about it, he said bring it back in the morning, which I did. Now it's 2 days before Christmas, and I had to drive down to Miami the next day. He said I needed to repair more stuff that was causing the rattle, which I did. Everything costed me a total of $2,000. Everything seemed fine when I was driving down until half way to Miami, my entire car rattled and not just the steering wheel. I didn't make it to Miami because my car died. I had to call AAA who towed my car, and I had to get it fixed after Christmas in Miami. The mechanic in Miami told me they didn't repair half of the stuff on my quote and the parts they did use was cheap aftermarket parts and not what was in my quote. I called the owner many times to tell him what happened and he never answered my calls. I tried for a few months and finally gave up. This place should not be in business. I think they had unqualified mechanics working there. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE. THEY ARE FRIENDLY WHEN YOU'RE PAYING THEM, BUT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
Called in early to get a quote, spoke with Nick on the phone. He told me he had time to look at it to bring it by. After getting to the shop i notice how clean it was.. I swear the cleanest public bathroom i ever seen. The work they did was just as good, full custom exhaust at a price i was comfortable with. I highly recommend you go talk to Nick, trust me he will take care of u. tell him the guy with the black challenger sent you!!
