Better service better priceing than any other mechanic I shopped by hundreds of dollars
This place is fantastic. I have a 2013 Mercedes ML350 4matic and they fixed every issue. They are able to work on new vehicles and all electrical issues, which is fantastic. Jim is absolutely amazing and did everything to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. He even worked with my extended warranty company to make sure they would cover the repairs. They replaced a lot of suspension parts, including the struts; they also did a tune up and fixed a stalling issue by updating the computer with the same equipment mercedes uses, but for a fraction of the price. I would not take my care anywhere else. Their customer service far surpasses Mercedes dealerships.
It is very difficult to find a good auto service and repair shop; however, I found M Complete. This repair shop is not a bottom-line business. Indeed, M Complete would like to make a profit; however, this company’s prices are very affordable. It was very easy for me to form a rapport with management and staff. I have been using their services for 10 years and I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided. M Complete provides excellent and exceptional service. My Mercedes is in good hands when it is serviced at M Complete.
I'm thoroughly impressed with M Complete. My car (2015 GLK 350) needed an oil change. I called around (including the dealership) and M Complete had the best price in town. When I brought my car in I was treated with respect and they were all so nice. The service was fast and they did a great job. I waited in the lobby and each phone call they received they treated just as well. I will continue to come here for any vehicle need. Thanks guys!
