I use to trust them to take care of my jeep for a good price until last Wednesday. My tensioner pulley broke off on my way to school so I called him when they opened and told them the situation and he said that he would send a couple of his mechanics to put a new pulley on it and then take it to the shop. They have replace the pulley before and it had less than 10,000 mile on it when it broke. So they replaced to pulley in 5 minutes and took it to the shop, several hours passed by and i still had not received a phone call so I called them and the said that it was finished. So I got to shop assuming that all they replaced was the tensioner pulley which would be like a $50 repair because that is what they told me they were going to do. but when I went into the office the lady said that it was $280. she told me that they replaced the whole tensioner (which did not need to be done) and topped off my fluids without telling me. I do not recommend them as a mechanic and if you do go there make sure they don't scam you out of hundreds of dollars.
K and his Family and Staff have always been Awesome. Whether I need basic service or needed a major repair they have always taken very good care of me. Great work, Best prices and Excellent customer service. I know I am in good hands and would recommend to everyone.
Recently had my vehicle towed here. They took fabulous care of me and my vehicle. They fixed several issues and detailed my vehicle in a very timely manner. I had gotten a misdiagnosis from another mechanic and Kay's got it right!! My vehicle has been running great!!! Definitely recommend ❣️❣️Judie
Had to have my transmission rebuilt, and they would not let me get on the road until K felt it was safe for me to drive.
K's European does excellent work and are very reasonable in pricing. They really helped me out in a pinch. Glad to say I'll be a loyal customer for maintenance and all.
