The whole team is wonderful! You will never be ripped off or sold something you don't need. Ashley came to my work for a mobile oil change and she took care of everything quickly. This is a great service at a great price for people who don't have time to stop in or don't want to wait at the shop for it to be done. It's nice having a repair shop you can trust for once.
Well you lost a customer for life. Tried to oversell a brake job. $300+ and tried to upsell brakes to be bled, misled that rotors needed to be resurfaced. Went to Pep Boys! $149 after a rebate, rears were just low no need for bleeding or resurfacing. Not sure what everyone is talking about but I would never go here. They did have a lot of cars on the lot, not sure how many get oversold but the worst thing you can do is lie about a job. The reason I knew they were lying is the service tech never gave me an estimate just a disappointed look. Like he was not going to make $200 on a simple brake job.
I have been a customer here for over 6 years. A very knowledgeable and frendly crew. Its hard to find a place to trust that your car is being taken care of and your not being ripped off. Jay is excellent and will not lead you wrong when giving you the prognosis of your vehicle. They do not upsale and that is nice.
Honest and efficient, the most important things to me in a car repair shop. Jay always works with me to make sure that I understand what's to be done and is very good about staying to the timetable provided.
