Today, I brought my new puppy (Bear) for his first check up. The staff was extremely welcoming, and put my shy puppy at ease. From the front desk employees, to the technicians, to the Dr, it was an amazing experience for me and my dog! I would definitely recommend this Vet Clinic to any animal owner! Two (paws) thumbs up!
Max had his first visit yesterday and it was a great experience for both Max and his mom. Priscilla, our tech ,was very thorough with her questions and truly listened to my responses. She was very gentle with Max and he trusted her right away. Then Dr. McGlothin came in and again, her gentle voice and gentle techniques won Max over. He was calm and cooperative. The doctor addressed all my concerns with great confidence and knowledge. We got our test results within 24 hrs, very impressive and much appreciated. Thanks for caring for our boy! Westchase Veterinary Center is definitely Max's doc of choice!
Camo, my chocolate lab, and I have been going to Westchase Vet for many years, after they were recommended as allergy specialists. The office staff has always been exceptional, and went out of their way to get to know our guy. The Doctors and the vet techs are empathetic, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Most of all they listen,and although they aren’t the most inexpensive vet, they take into consideration the needs and means of their clients, both animal and human. Logistically, their extended hours are also a big plus.
My husband Neal and I took our dog (Scout) in right after we adopted him a couple of months ago for a checkup and some shots. Everyone there is very friendly and they are truly concerned for the well being of our pets. They are punctual and professional. We recently had to bring Scout in again because his paw was swollen and red. They treated his paw right away and sent us home with some antibiotics. They have also been treating our cat (Paint) for several years after we switched her from another veterinary clinic. We are very happy with Westchase Veterinary Center and Emergency and their entire staff.
I would highly recommend West Chase Vet for your pets. I made an appointment, and within 10 minutes wad put in a room. The doctor and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable rates and no pressure for extra tests, etc. Very easy to get your pet seen immediately.
