This place is AMAZING. I came in tonight for an emergency, my dog got a treat stuck in his throat. Dr. Bruce was absolutely heaven sent and got it out. Every technician and assistant was so helpful, understanding and caring. They acted fast, got him in right away and took care of everything. I couldn't have asked for a more loving and knowledgeable team. I HIGHLY recommend this vet!!
Extremely judgmental and rude place to go. Save your money and go else where there are a lot of good vets out there. The veterinarian here do not care for you or your animal. If you love your animal do not take them here they will certainly die or be mistreated. You are just another number and more money to them. They are very hypocritical and lack a huge space in the knowledge field. And instead of humbling themselves to the matter they provide false information and feedback. Do your research online and look at the reviews. It's a reason they have so many 1 star reviews. But yet stay at 4 star. They delete comments because they don't want anyone to know the truth. I have been here before but the feedback I received was horrible so I left and never returned.
Dr. Bruce did an excellent job with my roommates sick puppy and was super understanding while she was trying to make a decision on what to do. The dog is now at the emergency vet getting the care he needs, and without her spending so much time with him he would have passed away. I will definitely be taking my bunny here as well and we will continue taking Bailey to see Dr. Bruce.
I'm not sure why there are so many negative comments. This place is amazing. I have an English bulldog that needed surgery and the doctors were very kind and so nice towards us. They seem to really care about the health of my pet. They also take into account the parents of the pet. They call you and let you know how they are doing. They also call multiple times after the surgery to follow up. It is very refreshing. This place is wonderful. I have never had a problem. Staff is great too!
This was my first visit with one of our rescued rabbits. I was so impressed, I had to write a review. The entire staff, was so kind, and the doctor I saw, Dr. Jackie Bruce, made our visit even better! They were all exceptional, attentive, caring, answered my questions, weren't pushy about anything, just the best. Caring, listened, gentle with my rabbit, don't think I could find a better vet for my rabbit. So glad we chose to come here, and that they were able to get me in today, when I called this morning. Dr. Jackie Bruce and staff, are now my rabbits vet!!!! We are very pleased , and happy to have found her. Her assistant answered all my questions about birds we don't even have yet, lol. She will also be my bird vet, if we do decide to get some. Happy, happy, happy. Thank you Dr. Bruce and staff!!!!
