Very poor service. Actually no service. Nobody answers your calls. People are very rude and ditch you with the price when you decide to book. They shouted at my wife for asking for the fare they had assured on the phone while she went to book. They talk as if they are doing a favor by booking the tickets. You will feel a sense of achievement (at the cost of your pride of course) after you book tickets with them. It is a hoax. Book at your own peril!!!
went there for the first time, the customer service was fantastic, me and my girlfriend (asian) wanted to get a ticket to multiple country. first to india and then to china. they helped us getting the best ticket with lowest price. really happy. will recommend.
Don't!!! They will reserve your ticket for you and when someone else wants to buy it and they are getting more money from them, they will sell the ticket to someone else and tell you that yours was not "conformed". Even though we bought ours 2 months ago. (Worst experience of my life! It made me want to get online and make a review about them)

Deliberate postpone to book ticket to let price increase. Then they tell that price is not available. Book with them for a heavy head and a light pocket!
