Terrible costumer service.
Very rude!!! When you call for info, they say you have to go to the office... What's the point of having a phone????? Menos mal que no es la única agencia en Tampa!!!
Poor customer service. The woman who answered the phone sounded like she could not care any less how to help me. They provided us Visas for travel to Cuba that we could not use. Some extra assistance on their part would have saved us $200.00 and provided us with the right visas we needed. Too many competitors around to give them my business again.
