I have never been so satisfied with all my vacations before and I owe her a big thank you for everything she has done. Diane is the best travel agent we've ever had. She really listened to us and asked a lot of questions so she could arrange the best trip for us. Our trip to Spain was nothing we could have planned ourselves. She took care of all parts of the trip- the air, hotels and tours. She even took care of details that we wouldn't have thought of. We especially loved that she chose hotels with kitchen facilities since we were traveling with our children. That made it easier and also saved us money. I have been booking vacations with Kingsbridge Travel for over 5 years and just recently came back from my Honeymoon, which was all made possible by travel agent, Diane Ross. The level of detail that Diane provides a customer is jaw dropping. Whether it was an email, a phone call, or even an in-person visit before our honeymoon, my wife and I were always given the most up-to-date information which helped us make a smart choice on where we wanted to go.
Diane called me twice when she somehow saw I was researching information on a European tour for 2018. Since I am not well traveled, and was in the early stages of gathering information, we emailed back and forth a couple of times (one of these was to say I preferred to use email as I had a lot of questions). She came back with a great tour, but it was quite a bit over our budget. I let her know this, and was then given the impression that since I did not choose that tour, she no longer had time and wasn't interested in continuing to work with me. We have since booked with Globus Tours. They were much more accommodating in every way. Diane is certainly capable, but you may need a good sized budget. That being said, if you do have generous resources-she could probably help you.
I have recommended Kingsbridge Travel to multiple people because I have never had such positive customer service before. One example will always stick out in my mind. The night before I left the country for my honeymoon, I received a notification from the airline saying that there was a travel advisory and flights in/out of Italy could be delayed or canceled. Now please note, Diane was away on business and unavailable via the regular means of communication but don't fear - her husband stepped in and emailed/called me at 10:30pm in order to let me know what was going on and how it would all be handled. I knew I was in good hands and I didn't worry about a thing!
Another great family vacation because of Kingsbridge Travel! This summer our family travel to Europe and again Kingsbridge Travel made our experience exceptional. We came to Diane with complex requests of the countries we wanted to visit and the places we wanted to see. Once again we were not disappointed. Our Mediterranean cruise fabulous! When I called Kingsbridge Travel I had so many questions. I had looked online and got so confused with all the reviews of different ships and cruise lines. Diane took the time to find out where we had been before and what kind of activities we like. She chose a ship that wasn't on our radar and took the time to book the best location for us.
