If I could rate no stars I would. I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance and they never showed up or called to let me know they weren't coming. I waited over 3 hours and still never showed up or called. They are very unreliable & unprofessional . If they can't even show up for a simple appointment, what makes you think they can actually solve your roof problems. Very disappointed because I was trying to support the local independent family owned business in my Seminole Heights area.
I don’t usually give out good reviews to any contractors as they mostly all suck. However I feel these guys deserve some praise. I had them do two roofs for me a year apart. Both were difficult situations with steep angles and lots of wood to replace. For both installations, company employees (not sub contractors) showed up to do the job and spent a good long time getting it right. They accommodated every request I made and allowed me to make some important upgrades. In the end, they treated me fairly for the upgrades and I feel the final price was fair.
