Wilfred is the man to call. He takes his time to explain everything as well as answer any questions. He also answers phone calls. Which i like. Since hardly anyone does I'm Florida. Forrest was the Jasper representative that has made getting a new roof after hurricane Irma a smooth experience.
Jasper Contractors are a super organization to do business with. They are patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They provided assistance and advice and made sure that I was very comfortable with the installation of my new roof. The Account Manager on my project was Brian and he was a great person to work with and knows his business. The Field Manager on my project was Travis and he is excellent and an expert at what he does. Both of these guys know their business and really take care of their customers and I could not have had a better team. If you need a roof replacement you should must definitely contact these guys and have them in charge of you installation. Thank you Brian, Travis, and Jasper! (Additional info) The work crew arrived right on time as scheduled and went immediately to work. They protected plants, pool equipment, and AC equipment. They positioned tarps to facilitate clean-up and removed all of the old roofing materials and hardware. Then they immediately began to put the replacement base material in place just in case of rain, and installed all the new replacement hardware. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently!
After insurance took care of my claim, Forrest emailed me and took care of informing the home office that we were ready for the roof replacement, Super fast scheduling, Jasper has sent me detailed emails as to how and when all the Material and crew will be here.
Kudos to Marshall Adams from Jasper. I got my roof inspected over a year ago and unfortunately was the worse experience ever with the staff. During a process of hiring a lawyer to get it straight, Mr Adams showed at my house and I have to admit I was extremely impress. He was respectful, patience, and very knowledgeable. he accommodated to the time and place I decided, explained every single step on the process, and was super attentive. He gave us his number (which I called so many times at different times with many questions) and answered every single one of the calls, in a friendly manner. Not only we changed our mind and completed the job with Jasper, but now we recommend the company to our friends and family (of course considering Mr Marshall will be involve). I will never imagine somebody could be so patience and keep it cool specially with a customer like us. Definitely recommend his team to do business with. My roof was completely done in one day and looks perfect. Love the selection of shingles and the diligence of the team.
He came out explained the steps needed and took care of inspecting the roof. The paperwork was done right and faxed to my insurance.
The service I have received from the beginning has been superb 5 Stars.
