I recently bought my first home and we worked with Taylor Tedesco and Kathy Robinson of the Duncan Duo. I can say they both did a great job and made the entire process very smooth! Kathy did a wonderful job finding a few homes that were within our price range and was easily accessible around our work hours. Taylor was extremely responsive and was able to answer questions that came up throughout the process. Even after the deal was done they both reached out to see how we were settling into our first!!
All of them were seemless and Sam and Andrew were with us every step of the way.
Dania Alvarez was terrific! She immediately understood our situation and fashioned a marketing plan and pricing strategy. We had an offer 18 hours after the house wen ton the market and five offers after the first few days. Her staff of Danielle and Nichole were efficient, friendly and very helpful throughout the process. The photographer Jayne was excellent and her photos and video really showed the house off to its best advantage. We ended up getting $5,000 over list price. Very satisfied and would use again in a heartbeat.
Living in Boston and trying to find a place in Florida only complicated the process. After looking at rentals on our own, we contacted Evelina who proved to us that buying was a much better idea and we would get more bang for our buck! Evelina searched even after our return to Boston only to find us an amazing property with all the specifics we asked for and more. She is an amazing, knowledgeable and most of all trustworthy realtor... (and a friend)
