I went and looked at one of their houses today. It was horrible!! The outside was rotted--siding you could have put your foot through easily, no soffit on most of the house so god only knows what is living up under the roof and wood under the metal roofing was so wet it was very warped. The inside was just as bad. Patches on the ceiling, warped floors, stove that was overgrown with greasy mold maybe??? and the bathroom--OH MY HORROR!! No A/C anywhere. So who knows how long this place has been sitting rotting. The place is not even close to being livable. It's listed as owner finance or lease purchase option or rent to own. There is also a sign on the front of the property. I did speak to someone after viewing this dump. She said the rental sign was a mistake and all of the houses for sale are sold "as is" and that they are not move in ready. I told her that needs to be included in their ad. She beat around the bush with her excuses. I asked her if she had been to the property and she said no. Perhaps these people need to go see first hand what they are trying to rent and or sell. This "house" is so bad you don't have to be an expert to know it's a dump!! Very disappointed. The girl didn't even apologize. She just kept making excuses. Buyer/ renter beware.
