I had an awesome experience with Redefy! Jonathan (my agent) was excellent and extremely professional. He worked really hard to get the price I wanted for my house and he made it happen. The best part is I saved a ton of money going with Redefy and without them I would have not been able to sell my home in the first place. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, fast response times (for when when I had questions) and patience. I would highly recommend Redefy if you are looking to save money and still get great personalized service.

I paid a total of $19,500 or about 2.87% of the selling price. $2,500 went to Redefy and I agreed to pay the buyer's agent 2.5%. My total savings versus the traditional 6% charge was $21,300!!
Well I did save 6-7K using Redefy but they are far from a full service realtor. My and my buyers realtor texts and emails frequently went unanswered. I was in the Tampa market and when you look at there listings they didn't seem overwhelmed. I would kind of describe them as the Dollar General Of realtors. You get what you need but not top shelf items. I emailed the home office in Denver with my experience, no response. I closed on my home sale about 6 weeks ago and never got a congratulations, kiss my butt or anything; definitely didn't send me a satisfaction survey. All I can say is that in today's world you get what you pay for. I appreciate the money I saved but answering a text message takes 10 seconds? I think it would be a simple courtesy for a so called "full service realtor ".
