Convenient location to most of downtown. Easy in, easy out!
Ever since Channelside garage started price gouging Lightning fans I started parking here. Garage is well lit, on many occasions I've seen security guards making rounds. Usually pay under 7 bucks per game which is crazy cheap considering the lots across the street are 15.
Clean well lit plenty of elevators, price is a little high.
Always a space open. And the top floor has amazing views
Just a consistent place I park when I visit downtown Tampa. Never had a problem here.
