This group was on par.... secured parking. Prompt, quick, and efficient. More cost effective than Uber for two and our car was there when we return sitting awaiting us. Cost approx. $46. Otherwise, we would have got an Uber x 2 plus tip.... Would have cost $ 70. We would Use them again.....
Good rates. Didn't know-how show the AAA card, but I'll do that next time. Nice staff and drivers. After a long trip it was so nice to have free, good coffee. Also clean restrooms. If that wasn't enough, they pull your car right behind the office so you only have to walk around the corner. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
These guys are great. They take car of your car. The wash is great. My only issue is that it can take time to be picked up because they also service the hotels by their facility.
I wish I had read the reviews before leaving my car with these guys. First - the parking is NOT covered and they don't really tell you that. They park outside and there is some light construction going around this place. So after 4 days of being gone - I came back to my car, which used to have 2 white racing stripes, to now having 2 very BROWN racing stripes... I can only assume from some rust, or dirt that my car was exposed to. It does not come off with washing, even the guy at A-1 tried fixing it and it won't come off... I have filed a " report" with them and have not heard back for 2 weeks now... I wonder if these guys will actually take any responsibility for this...?
Love this place with great service and efficient. It's nice to get a bottle of water when you leave after picking up your car.
