Nothing but positive things to say about this company, their service and the finished product! Starting with Angel at the store, I did ALL of my shopping through her online without ever leaving my home. The selection was great, she provided a timely and competitive quote, and scheduled the install. From there, David and his helper arrived on time and installed our new glass panel in about an hour. They were courteous and efficient and careful to clean up afterwards. The finished product is AMAZING! It looks beautiful and provides much needed light to our otherwise dark front entry. I would recommend this company to anyone!
We are so happy we found this place. Visited the showroom a couple times trying to figure out if we wanted to add door glass AND replace our existing sidelights or if we should keep the sidelights and add matching glass to the doors. Showed photo of sidelights to Terry and she identified the pattern - it was discontinued but distributor still had a couple in stock. She was very helpful suggesting various other options and price quotes. Finally decided to stick with the same glass and had her order the inserts. Installers showed up on time and did quick careful work - the doors look amazing and our foyer looks so much larger and brighter. GORGEOUS improvement for half the cost of replacing front doors!
My new glass doors look fabulous. They really opened up the view to my pool & the conservation in back. The old French doors had the little squares which were difficult to clean. Glass Door Store had a phenomenal price! Their service was even more phenomenal!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I called today to inquire if they sell Buffelen doors. I am not a door expert but this is the manufacturer which my home builder has suggested for my house. The lady on the phone did not seem interested in helping me. She also did not seem to be informed. Most importantly, just the fact that I called exasperated her. Very rude. Unprofessional. I have been to the show room before - about 1 1/2 years ago. Same rude service then. Same rude service now.
Terri and The Glass Door Store did a wonderful job. Terri is great to work with and really caught our vision and executed perfectly. Our etched shower doors (for both bathrooms) look fantastic! They are unique and special to our newly remodeled home. Thank you for doing an amazing job.
