This company's Valet service crashed my car, a perfectly good reliable working car, trying to park my car. It has been two months since they have done this and they haven't contacted me once about the situation. After several calls made to them, leaving messages and not getting anything in return, finally got a hold of someone who decided to total my car! Trying to talk to the company claims person wasn't any better, he was rude and was getting pissy with me, while trying to explain my situation. To make matters worse this company is self insured, which means whatever they decide with your car is what goes. I'm an unemployed disabled Vet that was volunteering at the hospital when this happened. I can't afford a new car and this company doesn't even care to fix my car, which after talking with several people, can be easily repaired. If your car is ever parked by this company, heed my warning, your car is in jeopardy.
