They underbid Empire by 45% and SimpleFloors by 25%. Great experience with the sales staff, no hard sell. We chose a new water resistant laminate product that comes with a cork bottom layer, PVC in the middle and vinyl on top. It can be wet mopped, unlike other laminate products does not swell, buckle and fail when wet. I'll update after the install is done.

Fast forward. We have gone from a kitchen where only those with big hair, or maybe even a leisure suit, would feel at home, to a warm, well lit space with beautiful cabinets, countertop, and fixtures at a very competitive price.
