They really didn't come for me when I needed them to. At first, over the web - everything looked fluffy and promising, the simple website and appearance made them really stand out to me. When I went for the meeting it was a completely different story - they were not very understanding and made me feel uncomfortable because they where talking about one offer over the phone, and now they have decreased the amount they are willing to lend.
I'm a returning customer, I've had good experiences with Embassy Loans. I got a car title loan and it was quick and easy. The representatives are always friendly and knowledgeable. They are the best in town with their rates, that is the reason why I always choose them over the others.
Wish i could give zero stars!!! My car got repossessed a month before my loan was due. I had a loan of 1,000 dollars. I owed $343 to pay off the loan and they repossessed the car, put a $300 late fee and $700 charge for the repossession. In total it was $1,348. I was only a couple days late on my payment. I paid $170 a month for 9 months. This is ridiculous, I understand paying 7 or 8 hundred but almost $1350 for a couple days late on my LAST payment. Completely not worth any time or money, i spent 3 times what my last payment was supposed to be! And not to mention when they got the car they completely dragged it out of my yard. There were deep tire marks when i woke up and the seal on my bumper was broken when i picked it up and the bumper itself was halfway hanging to the car. Just plain horrible.
They helped me get the loan I needed and for that I am very appreciative. I would recommend embassy loans to anyone because the process was fast and they didn't ask for too much.
I have a loan now with them and things are going real smooth. I was able to change my payment due date which was a big relief. Thanks Miki for bringing that to my attention.
