Surprised to see people stating that they have received poor customer service. I have had the opposite experience. Every time I call to make a payment I am greeted quickly, respectfully and find them to be very friendly. Today, Kristy had no trouble finding my account, was very nice, had my card on file and processed the call quickly. Yes, the interest rate is high but as a sub prime client, it is to be expected.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever received. They will not work with you if your behind and they will. Automatically assume that you want to turn in the vehicle. They don’t listen to your request when you tell them not to contact anyone but you. This has been the worst company I have ever done business with. Definitely a learning experience. They don’t take partial payments either. Horrible never again please be careful.
this company is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with! when speaking with them I feel threaten and I have only been late paying them once and that was for October. the customer service is not there and I absolutely hate having to speak with them. As soon as I can refinance my car I will do so with another company. the added stress is unnecessary.
My only complaint is that the website could be more user friendly in setting up an online account. Not that big of a deal though since calling in is so quick and efficient. All in all, pleasantly surprised.
