By far, Dr. DeDomenico Pediatric Dentistry is the best practice we have ever been to. Dr. Dustin and his staff are friendly and wonderful. They make us feel at ease at all times. I highly recommend this as a place to bring your children.
As a mother of 4 children, scheduling an appointment for all of them can be tricky even in the best circumstances. DeDomenico Dentistry ALWAYS accommodates my crazy schedule and gets all 4 kiddos in at the same time. The staff is well trained and friendly. The sitting area has toys to keep the little ones waiting if we wait at all. We are usually in and out the door within 30 minutes. It's an amazing practice and we have been so happy.
Being new to the area, we were lucky to have spotted this office on our regular drives down Dale Mabry. Thank goodness for the positive reviews we saw online, it made our decision process easier. Ronda worked extra hard with our complicated insurance company to verify that they were in network, as per my request, before the kids were even patients there. Dr. DeDomenico called and introduced himself the day before our first appointment, to see if there was anything he needed to know or do to make it a good visit. The office was nice and everyone was pleasant to deal with. Very glad to have found a great new pediatric dentist for the kids.
What a positive 1st experience for my son at the dentist! From the minute we walked in the staff was warm and professional. Simple toys and books for the waiting area allowed my child to get acclimated to the office. The big surprise was when the doctor called us the night before to ask if we had any concerns so he could give his whole focus to the appointment the next day. What a difference I believe that made for my son and me. It was above and beyond. Highly recommend!
It was amazing how calming the whole team was getting my nervous kid into the seat. I would highly recommend them.
