I was accidentally charge for an extra item I did not Purchase. 10/9/2017. I called the store back as soon as I got home in regards to the mistake. I explain to the person who answered the phone that I lived in Apollo Beach. The person understood and said I could to come back to the store the next day and that they will take care of the mistake. I was pleased because I was treated with respect and no hassle. That made my day. Store location, Ross in Tampa (22ND AND HILLSBOROUGH ).
