My inner child really loves this place. The staff's always been chipper and helpful, and most of the time, the selection is pretty good. One of my favorite purchases has been my Baymax plush. :)

Went to Disney store in the International Mall in Tampa and found, exactly what I needed and was helped by a very friendly staff.
Lots of gift options but very very crowded. Long line amd wait to check out
The staff on the floor was very polite and answered my questions, however, when I went to pay there was no one there. On Sunday June 25th in the mid-afternoon, I ask a couple of employees and they said the person would be right back. After about 5 minutes a person who was to the side the register straighten the inventory ask if I wanted to buy the item. I know she saw me ask others but I guess she wanted to finish her task before ringing me up. Since the item I was purchasing was a gift, I bought it, otherwise I would not have continued with my purchase. She also rather bluntly informed me that the store has gone green, no longer gave away bags and I can purchase a bag for a couple of dollars ( I needed that size bag due to the size of the item ). I was not giving the store another penny! I gave the date and a rough time I hope management looks into her.
