First a sales associate took a shirt off the maniquin because they didn't have my size on the rack, that was great customer service. I would have bought the shirt, except there were only 2 cashiers and it took them approximately 20 minutes to take care of 2 customers. With another 3 people in line in front of me, I didn't have time to keep waiting. I can buy online and get it delivered to my house faster than this store can check me out. Not to mention there was a lady working the fitting rooms engaging the customers very rudely. Not a good experience.
Thanks for an awesome and successful visit
I am an Old Navy shopper/cardholder and have been for years. I went to the Westshore location 1/2/2017 and was turned off from ever shopping at another ON store much less the Westshore location. I went in to the store and found 2 blouses on the clearance rack, both marked $4.99. After waiting about 20 minutes, I finally made it to the register, the cashier proceeded to ring me up and scanned my items. The items each rang up a different price than what was on the tag. I explained to the cashier what was on the tag, which was another price. The cashier tried to explain that the items were the price ringing up and not what's on the tag. I asked for the Manager because this has happened before and the price was overridden. The manager came over and the cashier told her the price on the tag was different from what the computer was ringing up. Both blouses were marked $4.99 and the computer rang one up for 6.99 and the other for 7.49. Both shirts were on clearance but in the computer for 2 different prices. I explained to the Manager that this has happened before and the other manager (currently out on maternity leave) over rode it and I was able to get the items for the price marked. The Manger continues to refuse and insinuates that maybe I changed the price and that I was lieing about the other manager honoring the price. I was appalled that Manager felt the need to insult me and I refused to spend my money there. I always thought the customer is right but instead I was accused and insulted. Never again! !!
This would be a great place to go if Joey Roy, the employee, wasn't sexual harassing me. Don't let him fool you to sign up for Old Navy credit cards! He'll tell you that he will give you 10% military discounts on top of the Old Navy credit cards discount if you sign up or if you declined he'll give you 10% military discounts regardless.
Store is always packed. Line to pay is always long and time consuming. Wish the store was cleaner and more organized. I will say I had a really nice hearing impaired associate who rang up my items. Best service I've ever had!
I left really happy not only because of that but because of how genuinely nice all the employees were. My only suggestion is making it a little more obvious who actually works there. It doesn't have to be a uniform but at least like lanyards that say old navy or something. I felt like an idiot staring at 2 female employees trying to figure out if they WERE employees lol.
Giving 4 stars because the selection was subpar but I found 2 really cute items that fit really well which doesn't usually happen for me in even the biggest of stores.
