There is nothing there a waste of a drive. Only 2 stores and 3 restaurant. The only good thing they had was Wet Willie's. This plazer is a Ghost Town and you have to pay for parking

If you ever come down to Channel Side please go on the Starlight Dinner cruise on a Yacht. So worth it...

I wish that I could give this place a better review, but there isn't much there. I just was here first weekend in October, 2017, and the bar tender at the center bar wanted to charge me $25 for two double rum and cokes. Funny thing is that I'm not sure a four-second pour constitutes a double. Do visit Precinct Pizza and Hooters as those two places are still pretty good.
This place is great. You can dine and go bowling in the same place. Splitsville. They have an awesome pizza or you can have dinner in one of the other restaurants. Enjoy a walk by the water or just the view from the 2nd floor.
