They will not even answer their phone. I have called four times in a row now. The first time they picked up the phone but didn't talk. Government workers give VERY poor service!! I would give them 0 stars but it won't let me. They lose my packages. They have lost two of them so far!
My mail is usually delivered no later than 1:00p.m. I collected my mail from my mailbox at around 1:00p.m. I have been tracking a small parcel that was out for delivery today. I have been home all day. No delivery. I checked the tracking info and it said that a notice was left at 3:02p.m. How can this be? Let me guess. The delivery person overlooked the parcel and after the route was finished, had my package left over. There was no notice in my mailbox or on my door. My address is 10356 Rosemont Dr.33624.
Worse experience ever. The lady was nice until I mentioned that the passport phone number doesn't work. She proceeds to give me another number without writing it down and went on to another customer. I had to asked her again and she got annoyed. I called that number right on the spot and it didn't even rings. She then points to the front desk with another phone number to call, which was the one I was trying to call for the past 5 days. No. one. ever. picks. up. I can't even leave a voice message. I tried to explained to her but she cuts me off and yelled across the room. Rude a*ss employee
The man that answered the phone, got angry at me, and hung up the phone. Very nasty person. So unprofessional!!!
These people aren't very nice. I understand having a job to do but if you hand me a green card and say come in to get a package that's what I'll do. Don't act like I've in convinced you. Now they got 4 stars because the regular mail man that comes to my house is amazing. He deserves 5 but the people there ruined that for him
