The are now United cab, even worst now. Watch out for fraud, the drivers may be on something, They need cash to go get high. They will scream if you have a bank card.
Terrible cab provider. You can and get some dispatch lady with attitude and told you'll have a cab in 30 minutes. You call after 45 minutes and get the same attitude and answer. I hope Uber and Lyft put you out of business. I had an Uber in less than 10 minutes.
Cab #40 Driver, Midnight, Sept. 30. Nasty attitude, vulgar language towards riders, ran red light, speeding down Nebraska Avenue & abruptly whipped across two lanes tossing us to the floor board to dump us on a dark corner because he preferred taking the Interstate and our fare was taking too long.
A few months ago (July), I gave Yellow Cab 4 Stars for good service due to being left stranded by United Cab. Well, I've realized I jumped the gun a little too soon. Between Aug. and Sept., I began using Yellow Cab more often and discovered they really aren't much better than United. 2 weeks ago, I waited for a ride home from the grocery store for 1 hr after I called. I texted, "WHERE", and they texted back stating, "The driver could not find your location. Call back for another cab." Amazing how they can find my house, pick me up, and find my destination after I've given the address! But can't seem to find the same place I was dropped off! Although the dispatcher was apologetic, and sent another driver that was polite, I still had to wait a very long time! Bottom line, when dealing with these cab companies, you can't pinpoint what type of service you'll receive each time. It's really the luck of the draw. Unfortunately, until I'm able to find cheap car insurance and drive on my own schedule instead of someone else's, I have no other alternative than to put up with this nonsense! LORD HELP ME!!!
