Sure the apartments are not large, but you have to trade something for the location. The manager is friendly and professional. Maintenance problems were resolved rapidly (at least the two times I called about a problem). The apartments are solidly constructed and well insulated for sound.
Everyone is very friendly, but if your looking to live somewhere where the water heater or a/c unit leaks water into your hardwood floor this is the place for you. It will only take management 4 months to fix it. And are you tired of your toilet flushing you waste. Well this is an ideal place for you. I mean do u want to have to fill the back of the toilet up every time just to flush. Yet another 3 month problem. Oh yeah they constantly put annoying papers on your door complaining that the resident complained about the apartments being in poor condition.
The only real down-side of living here is that Verizon doesn't have fiber in the area; Brighthouse is the best you can get for high-speed Internet. :(
This is a great place to live. Everyone is friendly. Most people have lived here for years. The apartments are made of cement, so there is no sound travel. The maintenance staff are amazing, friendly, and very timely. The only downside is there is no washer and dryers in the apartments, but they are super nice. I love living here for the 3 months i've been here. I don't think i'll be moving anytime soon.
I live at the Embassy Apartments owned by the same people. They are excellent apartments. The landlords fix thing right away, I've never seen a single bug in two years. Everything is kept in tip top shape and the management is friendly. I've lived there for 2.5 years.
