Horrible! Don't book a ride with them. Booked on line and received a booking number. Then, the evening before the scheduled pick up, I called the evening before to be absolutely sure that it was scheduled correctly. I was assured that the pick up was scheduled for 5:15 AM. On the morning of the pick up, at 5:30 AM NO SHOW. Called and found that the dispatcher was rude, to say the least, and was informed that he could not reach the driver [Personally, I think the driver overslept] . I had to cancel and drive to the airport myself! TERRIBLE experience. I guess the moral of the story is that you get what you pay for. Spend a few extra dollars on a service which you can count on!
The Taxi came in a timely manner and was very courteous. I recommend this Taxi service to everyone.
Was ripped off. The ride from the cruise terminal to the airport is not supposed to be more than $25, was charged $50.
Absolutely awful experience!! I called the night before for a 3:45 am pickup to the Tampa airport for a 5:00am flight. They never came,when I called the driver he sounded asleep and said he'd look up where I was and call back. I guess he went back to bed because he never called back and turned his phone off!!! I was. Almost late for my flight! Learned my lesson don't trust taxis you never heard of in especially in Tampa just ask your hotel to book one for you.
Randy the driver was very courteous and professional. He was on time and drive safely. I hope to have him drive me again.
