This place is awesome. The staff is made up of mainly teenagers, but they were all very nice and professional, which says a lot about management. It was very clean and well supervised. My 2.5 year old son had a blast!
My children went there on their birthday because two of my children fall 3 days apart in September. They loved it and was very happy. I agree with my children that it is a decent place only thing is the price is kind of high for only 1 hour jumps so I paid for 2 hour jump because 1 hour isnt long enough for my super active kids. Also need more things for younger children.
We really enjoy the toddler time and there are some nice touches such as the characters, coloring, balloons, ice cream etc... I gave it 3 stars due to the staff. It's odd, some are very friendly and the other half are pretty rude which is unfortunate. I'm always curious how those type of people even maintain jobs to be honest. BUT there are some extremely friendly staff too so I take the good with the bad. With all the extras the company puts into the events such as toddler time, im surprised the company allows the staff with attitude issues to stay.
Fun but really packed and very manic atmosphere. Kinda$$$$. Ok for younger kids but better for older kids and fit adults. Love the face paint artist!
It's too hot in there to really enjoy it. Staff was not friendly. It's a good place to wear your kids out and burn off some energy but not really for the older crowd. Pizza was good though.
