I cannot believe just how horribly they treat their customes.After 10 years of patronizing this business the moron behind the desk can't tell time and was lecturing me about being aware of my checkout time when in all actuality was just then up and i wasn't late. I had came to renew for me and a friend. But after about 5 min of dealing with this dimwit i asked if they would rather i just get my things and he yes get your stuff and go. No wonder why a 40 yr old man has to work at a bathhouse. I bought a membership in 2007 and back then it wasn't bad but today it's disgusting. Once a busy place 10 years ago with a friendly staff it has turned into a filthy place that is rampid with rats and staph infections and has a staff that are jaded, lazy and rude. The only reason they are busy at the moment is that the Ybor resort and spa recently closed down. But that will not last long and they will surely run everyone out of there. A perfect example of how not to treat a good paying customer of 10 + years. My suggestion would be to not give this place any loyality because they will surely not show any to you.
It's truly a shame in Tampa, that gay and bisexual men don't have better alternatives for getting together for some fun. After Ybor resort and Spa closed down, this is all we're left with. I've been in several bath houses around the country and this one is by far the nastiest. I've lived in Tampa for nearly 3 years and have been to this facility many times, because of the limited choices, but the old queen owner, William Enslen, apparently refuses to upgrade the place or even CLEAN IT. Avoid unless you have no other choice. If you must go, make sure your Tetanus and vaccines are up to date, bring your own towel and drinks and condoms.....just nasty.
Also, please update your website! You advertise a Blackout Party on Wednesday nights that you NEVER HAVE.
