The staff has always been nice when I come. Food is always been fresh and good. One time some other customer took my order and they gave me two free shakes to make up for something that wasn't even exactly their fault and I didn't even ask for. That's great customer service in my book.
Congratulations to 5 Guys they have officially priced themselves out of my business. It has been awhile since I've enjoyed a 5 Guys burger mainly due to price . I always get great food and service and I guess there is something to be said for that but...We stopped today and picked up 2 cheese burgers,drinks and fries and it came to just under $33.00. Just seems a little high for a couple burger for lunch. I could have been waited on at a full service restaurant for the same amount. The gentlemen in front of me also made a comment on the high price as did the gentlemen behind us so I guess I'm not alone.
I absolutely love their burgers. It's anyways a cheeseburger all the way for me. The fresh cut fries with the skin on are always hot and fresh.
Have heard great things about five guys burgers, but i was highly disappointed. Nothing special to this burger at all, fries were good. Seems very overpriced to me also
The mushrooms were soggy like they came out of a can, the cheese was not melted, the entire burger was wet from the mushrooms and fell apart. Also one of the burger guys pretended to rub the cheese on his privates before he put it on the burger... yea... right in the open.... If management wants to check it was on 11/28/17 around 1 pm I ordered a cheeseburger and my friend had a cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Orders numbers 65 and 68 I had a water cup. The only redeeming part of the experience was the fries.
