This place used to be my favorite pizza place in Tampa. I'm not sure if there is a new owner or new people working there now, but the pizza is not as good as it used to be. Not only that, I spent almost $50 on food and they screwed up my pizza order and did absolutely nothing to fix it. The whole point of me even coming to this place was so I could get eggplant on my pizza. No eggplant and then I specifically asked for no olives. My pizza was covered in olives. I won't be buying food from here again which is disappointing because there food used to be really good. When I called to complain, the guy's response was that they were out of eggplant which sounds like a lie to me. If that was the case, someone should have told me, so I could have changed my order. Very disappointing. This place has let itself go.
i had ordered from here before and I guess 1st timers get good food. till you order again..today was my second time ordering because the 1st time everything was delicious but today after they said 30 minutes took them 1hr and the sub didn't have any type of salad. i called and he say they don't come with it, i wonder who ordered for me last time because my subs came with salad. will never order from here again.
Well I just got a pizza from Brooklyn's Pizza. It might have been ok if it wasn't burnt. I'll forgo eating here again.
Pizza taste like it comes straight from Brooklyn itself. Has great seating and service but believe me you pay for it.. You can either buy by the slice or the whole pie but as they have it posted on their countertop "Please check prices before placing orders" as they like to let you eat before you pay... I went to dine in one time and ordered a large 4 meat pizza along with a 2 liter of Coke and between my wife and I, we were charged damn near 40 bucks! If you're looking for New York style pizza just save yourself the trouble and go to the ones on 7th Ave in Ybor. As this place has poor store hours and snooty attitudes anyway. I give this place a 3-star rating for the quality they put into their pizza and service while you decide to dine in and that's all... Just a heads-up they wear a mask and play nice as long as you do but if you call them out as I have in the past as well as I have on this rating, their moods quickly change and they get slightly borderline ignorant as they feel entitled like the typical New Yorker.
The pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. One guy runs the place that's why the hours are so short. If he had more dependable help at least when I visited the restaurant it would be even better. I hope he got someone to help him, i would hate to see this place go under. Give them a try, its alot better than chain pizza.
