Poor customer service. Order one day ahead and check a few hours in advance before heading to pick it up. Have a backup plan like frozen pizza at home in mind. Some known brands of frozen pizza were proven to taste better.

I always ordered food from them, but this time i was unsatissfied and highly upset. I never tip because of a experience i had with papa johns, anyways. A man was upset that i didnt tip him and had the nerve to say "thanks for making me drive here for nothing" first of all sir im not required to tip, second you were rude as hell and reality check sir if you dont like your job quit it !
Tried to order but they can not understand English. And they hang up on you .
1st time ordering online for pickup, hadn't started it 30 minutes later when I got there, maybe a fluke. Second time ordering online, show up 30 mins later, they again hasn't started it, I complained and they delivered for free. Third time now, and sitting here waiting again, said it'll be right out ordered online 40 minutes ago... It's been 10 and still not ready.. No regard for people's time..
