We didn't end up ordering from Tampa Bay Delivered when we discovered they marked up menu prices by $4.00 EACH item. Plus, the delivery fee is ridiculous. In our case, the delivery fee would have been $20.00. I don't know who in their right mind uses this service when there are many others out there who only charge a $2.99 delivery fee and do not mark menu items up.
Ridiculous, put my order in and still an hour and a half later still, nothing. Idiots.
Borderline criminal, they're gonna charge $5 delivery charge and then 30% of what the food costs. I bet there's an ex-con running this outfit. Seriously dude 30%, only if you bring me some of what you're smoking, you crooked a**hole!
As a business owner, I wouldn't tolerate a shady entity using my business' name to tout their own services, and in this economy, businesses need all the sales they can get.

His business will fail in a year or less, and I don't believe the "nice" reviews (the very few I've seen) about this company are from actual customers. I encourage all restaurants in the Tampa Bay area to make this company stop doing what they're doing. Had I not looked up my chosen restaurant's menu on their own website, I would not have known just how steep this company's mark ups are. It gives the restaurants that Tampa Bay Delivered lists on their website a bad and shady image.
This service charged our credit card more than what was on our printed receipt. We did not realize this until we received our credit card statement. When I emailed them about it they simply sent me a new invoice with what they charged to the credit card...one invoice had a fee that said "menu increases" $13.00, the other charged $15.00 for a $7.00 pita. I asked them repeatedly to explain and I got no response. We finally got in touch with them by phone and they did refund us $25 but only after a very long argument. Save yourself the trouble, get in the car, and go pick it up. These people are SHADY. It is fine to pay a slightly higher price for delivery food, but when they are putting unauthorized amounts on your credit card....not acceptable.
I should have definitely read the reviews before I ordered through them. My food took 2 and a half hours to come. It was cold. Plus the man on the phone kept giving me false information to about the location of the delivery man. To top it all they charged me twice for the same order on my card. Utter nonsense. I better get a refund.
When I called to ask questions and place an order, that's when I found out the fees and talked to an extremely rude man. Most likely, the owner. I told him to forget the order and we'd just use our usual delivery service that only charges $2.99 for delivery. He said "OK", and hung up.
