For a social security office, this was a really positive experience. Everyone was friendly, the chairs were comfortable, plenty of parking outside, and the wait wasn't too terrible. It took about an hour in total time, including processing my rather complicated request.
Nice and courteous staff. Guard is also very cooperative. Place needs to have more restrooms. The gate opens at 8:30 am and you start taking your ticket number. Then they start calling you at the counter from 9 am. So it's better to be there around 8:30 am. You can easily find parking on both sides of the building.
Was there last month and the security guard was rude (Kuao). From my understanding the office is based on the special need as well as retirees. Well my child was making a little extra noise and he comes up saying to keep down the noise and my child being only one was obviously having a off day. But anyway I guess a child that sits in a wheelchair that can't help being extra nosey will also be asked the same then huh. Basically you don't know what kind of people walking in so for him not knowing what my child has going and be so rude to say he going to ask us to step outside (in the rain) just show his true compassion for the job he has.
The people complaining about the wait were not going there for replacement cards, or they may be drama queens. I was there for 45 minutes and yes it was packed, but most were there for issues with benefits. Don't be afraid of a long wait for replacement cards. One issue I did have was parking. I just parked behind in a office complex.
I came a little bit early, around 8:30, to pick up a number. The security guard was very kind and told us some instructions before we get inside the building. I was the first one to be attended, pontually at 9:00, by the kind and gentle representative on the window number one (06/19/2017). Since I had all the papers and forms set and done, about 15 minutes latter I was leaving the office. I would like to thank everybody for the good service!
