I was so scared to go here after reading these reviews, but I had no issues at all. I was in and out pretty quickly. Everyone was helpful and nice. I'm guessing the people that have bad experiences are jerks with no patience. If you're nice and kind, people with treat you the same way.

Without a doubt always working on old information and from my personal experience they never admit they're wrong when they place orders to take things away when they shouldn't. Its happened twice to me and they ended up reversing it. No apology or nothing
I detest going to government offices and this one is no different. Employees are complete idiots and have no idea how any of the DOR system works. The open attendant windows allow others in the lobby to hear your conversation. Anyone is better off getting information via the website or on the phone.
NOT GOOD AT ALL.... I really wish they would find a better system or hire more people to do the job of customer service. I want to talk to someone NOT a COMPUTER or recording. This is ridiculous! PS Don't make people give this system a star to post. That's not fair either
I cant remember the lady that assisted me back in June, 2017 but Im glad she was there. I have been trying to get support for my child for 6 years i had 5 open cases and nothing was being done about it. she was able to get all my information into the system there so it would expedite my case. so i will say i have been there many times with little to no help but that one day just happened to be a blessing.
