This rating is based solely on the customer service I received from Nicole Seay. She made the entire process super simple. I had alot of questions and Nicole was able to answer every single one. I not only enrolled in Geico's auto insurance but also enrolled in a renters insurance policy with Geico as well. 10/10 I would recommend Nicole to anyone who is in the market for auto insurance.
Pretty good so far - of course I have not had to file a claim, and that is where the true measure of an insurance company shows itself. My rates are good, payment is very easy online. They go up every cycle - but so does every other company. I've made all my payments on time and never had any issues. Can't really speak to anything more than that.
I just changed my car insurance to GEICO. YIPPEE AND YAHOO! What a savings! My representative was a Sweet Sweet woman , Amy is her name and her manager Kim was also Awesome! I'm definitely going to tell family and friends to call and get quotes. They will be pleasantly pleased with the information. Go GEICO!!!!
