Great place there very fast never big lines always works for me
I'm glad my mother in law reminded me I could go here to get my registration taken care of. This place was fast and easy.
Total incompetence. I go yesterday to renew my vehicle registration with a form filled out by my Doctor. The form was written due to a degenerative disc disease of my spine. The paper work was filled out by my Dr. with his name, address, phone number and medical license number. He faxed the form to me so I would t have to drive to his office. I recognized the clerk that helped me. As I have been going to this location for years. She tells me she cannot send a fax to Tallahassee. Upon leaving AAA I called my Doctor. He was dumbfounded. as this has never happened before to his other patients . I. Wasn't going to argue with her after she also checked with her manager who said this could not be done. I immediately drove to another tax collector. I explained the situation to her. The agent told me she never heard of that and I was issued my placard on site. The incompetence of sending someone with back pain across town is ridiculous. After all the years she's been there she and the manager may need some retraining. As well as an attitude adjustment.
Not much seating room when it's busy. Kind of claustrophobic. Also can barely hear your number called when forced to sit in hallway when it's busy. On a non busy day or time of day the processes are pretty quick. I would give more stars if the seating arrangements were better and speakers a tad clearer and louder.
