I understand this one, because heart attack.
Very impressed! Greeted by very friendly staff all the way to the releasing time. The service was excellent! Attended me as soon as I came in. The doctor was very informative as well!
Most of the staff seem very caring and friendly. I do believe that they're understaffed or overworked because the 8service is extremely slow. When you're waiting for your pain medication for over an hour after you requested it that's a problem. They also had too many unnecessary Physicians stop by to visit with me to you give an opinion about one thing or another. I really hope I'm not charged for this I did not request it nor was not advised about it beforehand. The nurse asked me if it was ok she could eat, because she had been so busy she hadn't had a chance to eat. I said sure I've been waiting only four and a half hours to be discharged what's another hour.
3. A female in her 20's came after us posible pregnancy. Feeling dizzie. And they pass her.
So everyone can go in front of a 10 year old child. I been hear in this hosp before. And I can mark my words. WORST STAFF TONIGHT.
9 month old son was unusually fussy to a concerning degree, so we went here. He was taken in quickly and saw a doctor. Only test performed were basic vitals (weight, heart rate, temperature). Doctor touched his stomach for 1 minute, talked to us for 5, had us wait 15 minutes or so alone in the room to monitor, and had us leave with a prognosis of 'probably just gas.' It was never mentioned what our co-pay or financial obligations would be, so i assumed insurance would cover such a quick nothingness visit. Two weeks later we get billed $1202.05 from the hospital, and another $587.00 from the doctor. $1800 billed for less than a 30 minute check, with no real tests performed is EXACTLY what is wrong with this crooked business. Because of the bloated charges, my portion was $500. I was later told (too late mind you) that if we had requested service as an uninsured, our total bill would have been less than $200. Ripping off concerned parents to pay for their new facility is a short term solution that will surely end in failure. We will never go back, and I suggest everyone else do the same. Go to an urgent care, not these thieves.
Worst staff today ever. My son 10 years old waiting for and allergic reaction due to the flue shot. Gave him 2 benadryl and nothing. That area is red, hard, and weird. So have us waiting.
I had to get an MRI here and they were fast, called before I went in to tell me how much I'd have to pay out of pocket, and was able to give me a CD of the images before I left. I was very impressed.
