We got massages today, both an hour each. One regular and one deep tissue. We get massages regularly so we know what to expect and what a good massage should be.. but this was not the case. Probably the worst massages we have ever received. The rooms were crowded, they couldn’t reach properly to give me a full massage. They didn’t use the right oils so their hands weren’t smooth and able to glide like they should over our skin. It was like they have no idea what they were doing.. the massage itself was terrible. Never again.
this is by far the greatest spa i have ever been to! My hubby got me a spa day package for my birthday which it included a massage facial mani pedi and a great body scrubbing treatment. i left there feeling AMAZING the people there really knows how to pamper! this is my new favorite spa
Beware! I went here for the first time. The woman asked me if I wanted a deluxe pedicure. I said no. She then asked me which scent I wanted. I assumed that regular pedicures had a choice of scent. When I went to pay I was charged 58 dollars for the pedicure. When I told them this was a mistake and that I asked for a regular pedicure I was told "you picked lemon, it's not my fault". When I spoke to the manager he told me he didn't hear our conversation so there was nothing he could do. Very shady practices.
best place for pedicures in town! many different types of pedicures to choose from. I had the one with jelly today! It feels weird at first but a new feeling and I really like it!
Very bad service and "the manager" is extremely rude! They don't even deserve 1 star
