Flower arrangement received did not look anything like the arrangement ordered (Note that I also upgraded the arrangement from the pictured image). Florist offered to exchange but I'm not going to ask my friend to exchange a gifted flower arrangement. For $75 I would have been better off going to Publix and delivering myself.
I just ordered flowers for my 96 yr old grandma and the arrangement was the best EVER . Prices are great !! People are so pleasant and I will recommended everyone to order without hesitation
I was told my corsage would be ready at 12, I come at 12:30 and no one was there. He shows up at 12:50 and presents my corsage and it is flat and the flowers are already wilted and dis colored. My friend also ordered one and it was the length on my forearm. A corsage is supposed to be wrist sized, small and compact. When we asked him about the wilted flowers, and he said "they're natural things what do you expect". After touching on the flowers, I looked down at my hands and they were green. I'm sure he had painted the flowers so they didn't look so wilted. Terrible customer service, terrible work. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!
Wonderful experience from the person answered phone was professional and very helpful to the received flowers within 2 hours and fresh exactly as on picture.Very much so recommend
Great Job! I added in a personal request on top of the normal delivery, but Event Florist nailed it by sending the package accordingly & on time. Nothing but "hugs & kisses" on Valentine's Day.
