Even after a minor technical glitch, my experience with Downtown's Florist was outstanding. The owner was a wonderful lady...very easy to work with and offered excellent customer service. She had great suggestions and was able to put together a beautiful flower arrangement based on my preferences. I wish I could post a picture along with my comment...it truly is beautiful and the flowers smell amazing. My Valentines special delivery made my day! I would use this florist again for future orders.
I've used them three times. The first time they turned out nice. The second time they didn't get delivered when they were supposed to on our anniversary. They tried making it right by sending them out the next day anyways. Because they made the effort the second time I tried a third time. They didn't have the flowers I wanted in stock and told me they would still be able to make something pretty by the time I came in and hung up. When I got there no one knew what I was talking about them someone said they Sid and tried charging me ten dollars more than what I agreed to. Reluctantly they changed the price but the bouquet was not attractive and I just did not feel like arguing. They will not receive my business again
I have placed many orders with the new owner @ Downtown's Florist. The arrangements always come out gorgeous and are delivered on time! I have also stopped by the shop on several different occasions to pick something out at the last minute. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone was great and this is where I will continue to shop.
Chris took my call and my order and they weren't even supposed to be open today. My wife just dropped our first child off at daycare for the first time and she desperately needed a pick me up. I've used Downtown's Florist many times in the past and the flowers are always VERY well received. Great customer service from a locally owned business doing excellent work. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended.
These bad reviews must be from Valentine's Day and orders from Telelfora. People who regularly deal with this shop know that they design the most beautiful and creative designs at any price. I've dealt with them for family events for several years. My wedding flowers were gorgeous. Imagine your dream and they deliver. Ask for Felicia! We use this jewel of a shop for family celebrations, corporate events, every day cheer ups - an all service top notch group. They deliver across the county and arrange for deliveries across the USA and world (Europe and SA at Xmas). JUST TRY THEM - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED
