It was a very stormy day of May 24 when I had a late-scheduled appointment at Stadium Toyota to provide maintenance to my Toyota Corolla. I arrived twenty-minutes before the scheduled time (6:30 pm), and I was immediately approached by Carlos Luna, an employee in charge, who devoted an undivided attention to my request. He quickly arranged all the appropriate paperwork, and in less than 50 minutes I was pleasantly driving home, with the satisfaction of enjoying a high quality service and a very professional counseling. I hope Stadium Toyota will continue with the high quality standards that I, as a client, received on that originally stormy but pleasantly ending day.
Our experience was great. Our salesman, Morris Murray was extremely helpful. He went way beyond to help us. He showed us various options and worked with the business manager to get the deals that would work best for us. We’ve had a previous experience that was also wonderful. So we highly recommend Stadium Toyota and especially Mr. Murray. We won’t for get him. Very professional.
My car-buying experience at Stadium Toyota was excellent. First, Bill Tracey, my sales associate, was very good and prompt at responding to all my questions and concerns. He kept me informed by emails, videos and calls to make sure I had all the information that I needed. He was attentive to my wants and needs in purchasing my new car.
