After the last repair, the owner, Stanley, is refusing to speak with me about the car issues. When I declined to make a repair payment, only the car payment, Carla hung up on me once the transaction was successful. BUYER BEWARE.
I've had my vehicle for 5 months. Literally, every other month there is a repair issue. They fix the SAME exact thing each time. Well I should say DO NOT fix it. Even though they are not repairing properly, they make me pay for towing. I wouldn't have to have it towed if it were repaired correctly. Not at all fair. Lisa, the "Manager" is has no Customer Service etiquette at all. I will not refer nor buy another car there.
These ppl took my car within a month of having it, after I put 2000 down and 250 a month, they repossessed the car on the 31st day didn't even give me a chance to wake up and go pay them. They are heartless and Need to be reported to the B.B.B....ASAP....I will have them taken off my report in no time....you are thieves, conartists, and Sal is a liar, and a scumbag....I'm coming for you with the law behind me bitches. ...
I was sold a really bad car. The air and starter went out the first year. They sold my accouny under my nose. Thankfully I was able to get a great car from Tampa Honda dispite my credit and income. They paid my car off.They really worked with me rather throwing me in anything. Do not waste your time nor money at this place.

I was facing tough times and needed a good car but had little credit, when no one else would help these guys put me in a nice little Hyundai. The employees were genuinely friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of vehicles, had a lot of economy cars which is especially for people like me on a budget. I walked in but rode out and I can't thank them enough. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable car.
