For starters my dad is a mechanic but he was sick at the time of needing repairs done to my car therefore I had to suck it up and try a mechanic. The customer service from the front desk was great at first I guess they have to do it to get you in the door. I took my car to the mechanic at this facility to get my running hot issue resolved with my car. He diagnosed it himself and told me everything that was supposedly wrong with the car. Make a long story short I end up paying 450.00 for nothing. I got my car back and now my AC does not work and my heater, I dont know what he did but this is absolutely absurd; nevertheless, my car is still running hot exactly three weeks later. The typical stereotype of mechanics knocking people, (especially women) over the head and I am nine months pregnant in a hot car now in the sunny state of Florida.
